Today, many crimes and terrors are done with mobile phone such as sending many nasty messages, threatening someone with voice call, or deceiving someone with some attractive offers. For those who commit such a crime and terror, they can be possibly found by monitoring the phone card they use.  

Usually, cellular providers use the BTS (Base Transmission System) to track their customers to determine the price they have to pay in doing any communication. This technology is now used by some entities, especially police and court to investigate some crimes related to mobile phone.

As BTS are built in some specific areas, a provider can track its users easily, and send the position where the users use their mobile phones for the last time. This tracking of course enables other people to narrow their searching area for
